Return Policy:

We do not accept returns. Exchanges only if item is damaged during shipping. Please notify Jollie of damage within 2 days. All exchange shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Items must be unopened and received by Jollie first before an exchange item can be shipped out. Make sure to send the tracking number when exchanging items. 

Shipping:

We only ship to the U.S. currently. Please allow at least 2 weeks for your package to arrive. If packages are not received within 3 weeks, please notify Jollie via email: [email protected].
